Orders placed through our website are considered a service agreement between the customer and Cumming Pine Straw.

Customers must provide clear and safe access for delivery vehicles.

By placing an order you acknowledge:

• Delivery trucks may weigh several tons.
• Driveways must be able to support heavy trucks.
• Delivery areas must be free of obstacles.
   

Customers must ensure access is clear of:

• Vehicles
• Low tree limbs
• Wires
• Gates
• Construction materials
• Other obstructions
   

If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, additional delivery fees may apply.

Cumming Pine Straw is not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, or underground utilities.

By ordering delivery, the customer accepts responsibility for the condition of their property.

For safety and equipment protection:

• Our trucks do not cross curbs
• Trucks do not drive across lawns
• Trucks do not enter areas where damage may occur and driver doesn't feel comfortable
   

Materials will be placed in the nearest safe location accessible by the delivery vehicle.

Final placement is at the discretion of the delivery driver.

If installation services are selected:

• Materials will be installed in designated landscape areas directed by homeowner.
• Customer must ensure the area is prepared prior to installation.
• Existing landscape conditions may affect final appearance.
   

Installation services include spreading materials ONLY and do not include:

• soil grading
• weed removal
• edging
• landscape repair
• debris removal unless specified.

Cumming Pine Straw will perform other services at an additional cost
 

Material coverage may vary depending on:

• ground conditions
• existing landscape beds - for example full of leaves and debri where alot more material might be needed to cover grounds
• terrain slope
• installation depth
   

Cumming Pine Straw cannot guarantee exact coverage due to natural variations in landscape conditions.

Pine straw, mulch, and soil are natural products.

These materials may vary in:

• color 
• texture
• moisture content
• organic content
   
• 
  

Delivery dates provided are estimates and customer will be prompt with a 2-hour delivery time window and may be affected by:

• weather conditions
• traffic
• equipment availability
• high order volume
   

Cumming Pine Straw reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules when necessary.

Customers are responsible for:

• ensuring delivery access
• protecting personal property
• removing obstacles
• providing accurate delivery instructions
   

Failure to provide safe access may result in delivery delays or additional fees.

Customer presence is not required at the time of delivery unless specifically requested.

By placing an order, the customer authorizes Cumming Pine Straw to deliver materials to the specified location on the property even if the customer is not present.

Once materials have been delivered to the agreed location, the order is considered completed and accepted.

Customers assume responsibility for verifying delivery instructions before the scheduled delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing clear delivery instructions during checkout.

If a specific drop location is not clearly marked or communicated, the delivery driver will place materials in the nearest safe and accessible location.

Cumming Pine Straw is not responsible for relocation of materials after delivery has been completed.

Requests to move materials after delivery may require additional service fees.

By completing a purchase through this website, the customer agrees that the order represents a valid service request.

Once materials have been delivered or installation services have been completed, customers agree not to dispute charges with their payment provider without first contacting Cumming Pine Straw to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks initiated after delivery may result in:

• additional collection fees
• suspension of future services
• legal recovery of unpaid balances
   

Cumming Pine Straw maintains records of delivery confirmations and order details for verification purposes.

CUMMING PINESTRAW WILL NOT BE HELD RESPOSNIBLE FOR ANY COLOR WASH OUT OF THE MULCH AND STAINING OF HARDSCAPE SERVICES. HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLACING A TARP AT DELIVER LOCATION TO PREVENT A CHANCE OF A RAINSTORM OR FRESH COLORED MULCH STAINING SURFACES
